Sightseeing
The Tyrrenian coast of Calabria has many beautiful sea-beaches. They can be reached very easily by car from Cetraro (in a time typically ranging from a few minutes to 2 hours, one way).
In addition, there are villages on the coast with preserved, interesting ancient urban centre. Some examples:

• SILA Mountains (by car only, about 2h one way)

• REGGIO CALABRIA: The National Archeological museum has IV century B.C. Ancient Greek Sculptures (2h by train from Paola)
• PAESTUM very well preserved "doric" style ancient temples of IV and V century B.C. (about 2h 30' by car)
